How does the free trial work?

You'll have full access to all the LifeLot templates and resources. You will not be charged during the trial period and you can cancel anytime.

Why are you asking for my credit card information?

Should you choose a 30 day free trial you will be asked to specify the type of subscription you would like after the trial ends and provide your credit card number.  Don't worry, you will not be charged.  Collecting your credit card number at this time allows us to offer you a more efficient service when it's time for your trial to roll over to a subscription. It's also another way to ensure you are a real person and not a robot. 

Where's the catch?

No catch at all. LifeLot does not require any commitment. We will notify you at the end of your trial period and you can cancel easily. Opt out of the free trial at any time by going to My Account, then select View Membership Plan and cancel my account.

What happens if I forget to cancel?

LifeLot has a 48-hour refund policy. So if you forget to cancel, we’ll be happy to refund your payment.

Asked to be a Delegate?

We're going to set you up with a delegate account. Don't worry, there are no charges for a delegate account, and if you'd like create your very own LifeLot account to safely store your own important information, you can do so anytime via My Account > View Membership Plan.
